I was very pleased and emotionally touched when I received the e-mail today announcing that I was one of the first place winners. It is always a pleasure to hear from contestants. The main reason for this contest is to give women a chance to voice their opinions. Women are so important to this society when we reflect on our journey from where we were and where we are heading. It is a great feeling to be a woman in the 21st century. I am looking forward in hearing from more contestants.
